Derelict house
The homeowners of a pair of ‘tired’ semi-detached houses gave us the opportunity to aquire both the houses and the land for development. We worked with the owners whilst they remained in residence until planning consent was agreed for a traditionally styled high quality development of 13 apartments. The owners received slightly higher yields on their properties and were free to relocate as cash buyers.
