Development sites come in all shapes and sizes…Some of our recent projects that we’ve either completed or commenced range from an old established staircase manufacturer (Apexx, Nunhead), and old condemned properties(Crescendo, East Dulwich) to spare plots and ends of gardens (Verdene, Beckenham and Oakfield Road, West Croydon) and old factories (Trewsbury Road, Sydenham).
There are many aspects that determine the viability of a site location, size, access and previous usage are all factors. Our land acquisition team are highly experienced in solving these and many other issues.
